Payment Authorization
OFC class subscriptions are an annual commitment during the USA Fencing competitive season which begins in August and ends at the end of July each season.
I understand subscriptions must be renewed annually.
- I hereby authorize Olympian Fencing Club (OFC) to initiate automated withdrawals/charges to to his/her preferred payment method on the first of each month through Stripe.
- I understand that this authorization for automatic withdrawal will remain continuous through the end of the season (July 31) unless I cancel my monthly EFT draft via email to admin@olympianfencingclub.com 30 days prior to the next scheduled draft.
- Members may request an electronic invoice each month instead of automatic withdrawal with a $25 surcharge for each monthly installment (please indicate below).
- I hereby authorize OFC to charge my card on file for other authorized expenses to OFC including armory payments, tournament coaching fees, camp tuition fees, equipment orders, and other authorized services performed by OFC.
- I agree to update OFC with any bank or credit card changes.
- I understand that OFC will automatically redraft my fee if they are unable to debit my account because of account changes, stop payments, or insufficient funds, and that a $25 fee may be charged. Alternatively, I understand that OFC may direct my payment to be collected by a third-party vendor, who may assess a minimum fee of $30 (or the maximum allowed by the law). I will also be responsible for all other collection costs.
- I understand that OFC reserves the right to cancel membership if my account cannot be debited.
- I understand that rates are reviewed annually and subject to increase.
Cancellation or account “pause” requests must be submitted via email to admin@olympianfencingclub.com 30 days prior to the next scheduled draft. Subscriptions may be put on temporary hold or “pause” for $50 per month.
For example, if a fencer would like to end his/her subscription starting in May then the request must be submitted on or before March 31st. Similarly, if a fencer wishes to temporarily put his/her account on pause starting in June, then the fencer must submit an email request on or before April 30th.
